At the start of 2020, the pandemic took hold and we had no choice but to down tools. Along with the rest of the nation, we were locked in our houses binging Netflix, improving our cooking, learning languages and banging pots and pans for the NHS.

We had a lot of time on our hands and headspace to think. We realised what was important to us, whether that’s starting a family or the desire to travel the world. We focused on our passions and used some of this time wisely to start new ventures. Our creative director Dan followed his skateboarding dreams and I focused on fitness. We were determined to draw some kind of positive outcome from this strange time in our lives.

In the summer of 2020 bodiclub was born – A space for personal trainers and fitness professionals to host their content and share knowledge. A platform and channel for fitness enthusiasts to get access to a wealth of fitness content in all different styles, to keep their workouts varied and interesting.

Fast forward to 2022 and the website is ready for a soft launch. We’re in the process of recruiting personal trainers to fill the platform with fitness content before the public launch later in the year.

In the meantime, we’ve been helping PTs create content to get the site off the ground, and growing the social channels organically. This process has been a learning curve and increased our social media expertise exponentially, providing valuable lessons and experience which can be passed on to our clients.

The process of building the platform and social channels around something that I care about has been incredibly rewarding. We’ve already built an awesome network of fitness professionals and it has been inspiring to work with them, as they hone their craft in front of the camera.

We’re expecting 2022 to be a big year for bodiclub and the online fitness industry. Follow our channels to be kept in the loop on progress. Feel free to get in touch if you would like to know more about the platform and investment opportunities. Try the workouts and help spread the message far and wide by subscribing, engaging and sharing.

More importantly, follow your passions.
