For the third year running, Clockwise joined forces with Fuse Agency to deliver creative production support for PepsiCo’s hospitality and brand activations across both the men’s and women’s UEFA Champions League finals.

Spanning nine packed days over two weekends, our team brought agile, end-to-end production across a wide mix of formats, from real-time Trophy Live Cams and on-site photography to post-event sizzles and video selects distributed globally to Pepsi’s local market teams.

This year’s focus leaned into fan journeys and sub-brand activations, with Clockwise delivering content for every part of the PepsiCo family, including Lay’s, Walkers, Gatorade, SodaStream, Doritos and, of course, Pepsi. Whether capturing high-energy scenes at the UEFA Fan Festival or prepping projection content for large-format installations, our approach remained flexible and responsive to the evolving demands of the programme.

Our crew was embedded across both Lyon and Munich to ensure we captured every angle of PepsiCo’s Champions League presence. From arrival through to match day, we filmed branded experiences, fan interactions, and the hospitality moments that brought the partnership to life. Working across multiple locations, we delivered fast-turnaround coverage with a compact, agile team, allowing us to move quickly and respond to the energy on the ground.

Using a combination of Sony FX6, FS7 and mobile rigs, we shot in a run-and-gun style while maintaining a polished cinematic look. Our focus was on capturing authentic moments of connection between fans, ambassadors, and the brand, making sure every touchpoint told part of the larger PepsiCo story.

In Lyon, we documented the build-up to the Women’s Final, including arrival moments, influencer content, and fan experiences. A week later in Munich, we shifted gears to cover the scale of the Men’s Final, capturing content that was instantly repurposable for social, internal, and press use.

The result: a comprehensive package of films and photography that showcased not only the events themselves but the energy and emotion that powered them.

Lisbon’s vibrant backdrop and Munich’s sharp, business-minded energy offered two contrasting stages, and Clockwise adapted to both. One standout moment: wrapping the shoot surrounded by flares and PSG ultras after a dominant win over Inter Milan.

The client summed it up best:

“Massive thanks to the team Clockwise. The project requires a lot of creativity and flexibility on the programme, and you are all such a pleasure to collaborate with!”

Thanks to Fuse for having us back — and here’s to Budapest.
